nice clean setup. looks similar to mine, equipment wise. SWC skimmer is a beast and the dual reactor is really nice too.

how much flow is going into the BRS reactor ? It seems pretty fast from the picture.

I've since slowed down the reactor a whole lot. I took the pictures before I had dialed it down. As of right now it's actually off while im cycling but once I do hook it back up I will make sure its not flowing like it is in the pictures.

As far as updates, the tank is in the process of cycling. I have rock in there but have not aquascaped due to the fact that i'm pretty sure once I aquascape it i'll be more prone to wanting to stock it and not let the cycle fully finish up. Checked ammonia two nights ago and its on the decline so I'm hoping to have the tank fully cycled and aquascaped by the end of this month.

Tank is nearing the end of the cycle so I took some time today to aquascape. Hopefully adding a clean up crew next week after a large water change.

I like it except for the rock being so close to the glass...I would move it in a little. It will make it easier to clean the glass

Finally added some corals and 1 fish. Tank still looks very bare but I'll be stocking it slowly.

Wow, very nice build thread, tank and stand. I love the Starphire glass and rimless look. I am going for the same but just looking, reading and learning for now. It is sad you do not have enough room to set that bad boy up in the middle of your crib. Keep up the good work.

Thanks! I would have loved to set it up somewhere where I had 4 sides viewable but size con-straights of my apartment made it not possible. (Plus my girlfriend would have lost it had the tank been in the middle of my living room)

The rock is Totoka Rock. It's composed of all dead coral skeletons.
