I dose Alk, Calcium and Mag with an automatic doser...

If you mean dose like amino acids and stuff like that then no I do not...

Rods food has micro food like cyclopleeze, oyster eggs and some other stuff so it feeds the reef AND the fish very well!

WOW I cant believe your colors!! I need to check that tank out some day ... How do you feed your Rods?? Mix it with tank water first then right into the tank??

Hey bud your welcome over anytime!

I use cold RO/DI to break up the rods then feed the fish with a baster...

wow , ur corals look crazy nice. i have a ? i have a sunpod with 2 150w 14k phoniex for my 55g reef , how can i get my corals to pop like that, are ur bulbs 20k .

Hey, I use an Aquatinics TX5 no halides here.. If you want colors similar to mine you would have to go more blue so a 20k might do for you!

Of course why would you not?

I run my tank on the blue side and I have great growth, its not only your lights that grow the corals its stuff like Calcium, magnesium, and alk that really make the difference, get those in check and you will have great growth!

MmM, honestly I have not had a halide in about 3 years so not sure what bulb to use, so I might not be up to date but I believe the 20k radium might be your best bet....
