Nope, its a Ceriantharia, aka Tube Anemone.
Just like any anemone, it may sting a coral or fish if it touches it. The fish did get stung when I first setup the tank, but they now all know to stay away from the tentacles. Even my mandarin is fine. I wouldn't put anything like a seahorse with it though because it will keep accidentally try to grab the tentacles, but fish generally won't be eaten by an anemone unless its already on its way out.
