I actually am starting to enjoy that scape...there are a bunch of caves and crevices along the back that the clowns (when I get them in a month) will be able to hide in. I also like the fact that there is a large difference in light difference from the bottom of the "mountain" to the top, which should allow me to have zoas/shrooms on the bottom, and LPS on the top. Once my tank has been stable for a few months Ill start moving into LPS probably.

That and, Im sick of moving stuff. lol

Dave, is the Koralia pointing down? Is there anything breaking the surface? If you have something breaking the water's surface, then you'll be doing a good service to cooling your system, which will become more important to you in the coming weeks and months!

It looks good! I think that as things grow and as you add more, it will look less like a pile, and more like a reef :)

The nano is facing down, but I have a whisper for a 40 gallon flowing in from the top which makes some nice little waves on the surface.

Im getting 2 nanos in the mail on friday, so Im going to have to figure out where I want them, I will probably aim one up. (My nano in there is broken and hanging on by a thread, and I dont want that little box one in there anymore)

And hopefully it will look like a reef within the next few months! As long as the frogspawn doesnt take over haha

stage3-S4 - I was actually looking at adding a HOB Skimmer last night. Got any suggestions? Right now I actually have 2 filters, one with filterfloss and phosban, and one with chaeto in it...and that still doesnt seem to do the job...so hopefully a skimmer will. I might also custom make a refuge out of acrylic that I can just sit behind my tank and stick my thermometer/skimmer/chaeto in there...

shottaz - thanks!

ryangrider - Since I only have a 10 gallon, which isnt that deep I just bought a 15LED sticky strip on ebay, which cost 2 dollars from china, and I bought a 12 volt power adapter for about 1.15 shipped from china as well (ok fine maybe this cost me closer to 4 dollars). All the lights were off when I took that picture, the blue isnt too briight, but just enough to make everything glow. Here is the strip I bought: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/UNIV...ptZMotorsQ5fCarQ5fTruckQ5fPartsQ5fAccessories

added 4 more pictures! Just got back from vacation and the tank didnt crash while i was gone! So I bought 2 nemos and they are loving the tank. I heard it could take a few days for the nemos to swim around the tank, but within a few hours these guys were flying around everywhere, and they ate about 50 isopods that were stuck to my glass...pretty cool stuff.

Also found out that I have a pretty large bristle worm, and some weird slug/snail/hair back lookin thing, which i think is reef safe. At any rate, hope you enjoy the new pictures!

Custom King is making me a HOB fuge this week...soooo excited to get it!!!

P.S. I like looking at the timeline of where Ive come from...reefs are so fun to watch grow!
