Almost a month and I must say I'm pretty bored of this tank...LOL

I went through a hair algae bout that is just about completely gone. Weird thing was the hair algae only grew on the dead rocks. Maybe they had some phosphate in them? I dunno.

Here is the tank now. Water parms are excellent, acros are growing and coloring more and more, and coraline is starting to spread on the rocks. I'm going to add a few more acros to this tank so I can start growing them for the next tank I am having a hard time with the Full Tank Shot with my camera. Here is the best I could get.

Small update

I received a bunch of new frags today. Some are still a little beat up from the shipping but should recover. I added Sunset monti, Atlantis pink polyp cap, Tyree strawberry butt patched cap:bigeyes2:, blue + purple samoensis, Red/blue table, Oregon tort, and some other coral I don't know the name of. Going to slow down on the stocking and let these grow for a while.

I still have not added fish to the tank and I don't think I'm going to. I run phosban, have a decent skimmer, and don't feed. I haven't seen a drop of algae grow on the glass in over a week. I know it seems sterile but the SPS seem to love it. Growth has been very fast and colors keep improving but a little on the light side as I expected. I'm probably going to start adding Aminos to see what happens.
