MH's ???

I'm finally ready for MH's I have a 125 gal tank it is only 22" high should I go with 150's or 250's? Any recommendations on a brand and type?

I would think it all depends on the animals you plan on keeping.
For instance my reef is a mixed reef with mostly leathers, lps, zoas, shroom, palys, clams, sps consist of caps & one other which I'm not sure what it is possibly a slimer.
My lighting consist of 3 XM 175 watt 10K MH & 2 VHO 1 super blue actinic & 1 white actinic.
All animals seem happy, and growing nicely, and I have less heat issues, and less energy consumption.

Like Awilda said what are you planning to keep in your tank? If you are going to the SPS route definately 250W.
