New 50 Gal

I have a new tank, a 50 gal acrylic I got about 2 weeks ago
It was a PITA to transfer everything. I know that I need more lighting and more LR. Its on order and will be here soon. I also need some sort of backing to hide the wires and the wall behind it. That should be done this weekend.

pics of red coraline algae. I am about to order a 250w mh retrofit and will be building an open top canopy for it. Will I lose the red coraline algae that has been blossoming? Also some red coraline by my baby green zoos
