My 125g reef consists of:

80 lbs. of CaribSea Seaflor specialgrade reef sand
40 lbs. of Garf Grunge
10 lbs. of LFS livesand
175 lbs live rock
4 - Maxi- Jet Mp- 1200's
2 - overflows into 60 gal sump/refuguim w/ 11 mangroves
and 80 lbs. of Kent Marine bio-sediment.
1- Sealife protein skimmer( in sump type) w/ Rio 2500
1 - Mag-drive model 7 return pump
