Live Rock (Mass): about 65 lbs in tank. 30 lbs Fiji, the rest is Florida rock from Tampabay Saltwater. Another 30-40 lbs of Florida Rock in bucket waiting for another tank to live in. I like the life you get from Florida rock, but prefer the look of Fiji.
Live Sand (Mass): 100 lbs (guesstimate) live sand. Seeded with 5 lbs of Garf Grunge

Alkalinity (meq/l | dKH): 4.5 meq/l
Calcium(ppm): over 500 ppm
Ammonia (ppm): 0
Nitrite (ppm): 0
Nitrate (ppm): Haven't felt the need to test in awhile now.
Phosphate (ppm): Haven't tested in awhile.
Fish : Yellow Tang, Yellow Tail damsel, Tomato Clown
Corals : Green Brain, Xenia Elongatta, Green/Maroon Mushrooms, Purple Mushrooms, Toadstool Leather, Bubble Corals, Frogspawn, Star Polyps
Invertebrates : 8ish Astrae snails (I had a lot more, but over time they have been reduced, thanks in part to a stone crab hitchhiker that was removed when found). A few blue legs hermits that survived the stone crab. I plan on ordering various snails sometime in the near future. I would like to get about a snail per gallon of water.
Maintenance Program : About 1 gal. kalkwasser dosed with a Kent doser daily. I have started doing RO/DI instead of Kalk. My Calcium levels are over 500 already. I also dose Iron and Iodide from Natureef twice a week.
Additional Information: I have Bubble Macro algae in the sump that is lite by a normal desk type lamp on a reverse cycle. I have lots of plans for my setup that will be implemented soon!
