Set Up Date : 6/26
Tank Size (LxHxW | Volume): 12 * 8 * 5.5 | 2.5 gal
Sump Size (LxHxW | Volume): None
Live Rock (Mass): 2 # of marshall island cured in on of my other tanks
Live Sand (Mass): 5 # of sugargrained aragonite sand. again pulled from one of my other tanks.
Lighting (Type | Wattage | Photoperiod):
PC | 4 15 watt PC but might switch to 3 28 watt 2 daylight 6500k 2 atinic | 14 hours
Protein Skimmer (Brand | Model): None, I'm thinking of using a skilter as i can't find one small enough, but I might go skimmer less. I'll probably just throw a mangrove in there.
Biological Filtration (Type): LR|LS|Clam until it out grows the tank, possibly a mangrove.
Chemical Filtration (Type): None.
Circulation (Rate | Brand | Model): not sure as to rate because i use rocks to lower the intake| penguin | not sure of the model either. there is only on in there though.

Temperature (Range | oC | oF): 78-82
Specific Gravity / Salintity (g/g | ppt): 1.030, not sure on the other measure ment, don't know where i put the hydrometer. ;-)

Calcium (ppm): 450 ppm
Ammonia (ppm): 0 ppm (undetectable)
Nitrite (ppm): 0 ppm (undetectable)
Nitrate (ppm): 0 ppm (undetectable)
Phosphate (ppm): 0 ppm (undetectable)
Fish : 0, wouldn't be practical in this tank.
Corals : Several. 1 head of M. Digitata (green), A. cytherea (pink/purple), A. digitifera (blue), A. cerealis (pink), Yellow leather (S. elegans), Green star polyps (C. virdis), and Waving hand Anthelia (Anthelia sp.).
Invertebrates : 2 cleaner shrimp (L. amboinensis, 1 inch T. derasa.
Maintenance Program : a 400cc waterchange every day. I feed a paste once a week. I dose 1 drop of iodine daily, 1 drop of mag/stron. every 2 days. top off water every day.
Additional Information : It's a young tank, but my other nano's had no problems. This is my smallest, it's an expirement, but i'm Darn proud of it. hehe. Any tips I would appreciate it. Corals would be better though ;-).
