I forgot ,that u big fan of XM's)..I donno...i try one on M59 and looks yellow to my eyes..maybe i need some glasses..lol
I have evc-10k right now..looks pretty good to me,less yellow and same Par reading...maybe on eballast xm's looks less yellow..
where do u have this tank,in the basement?

I use both IC eballast and PFO HQI ballast(M80) to drive different XM 10Ks I have, they all run pretty white. The same bulb on a standard PFO ballast(M58) is pretty yellow. I am the one thats needs glasses :lol2:.

According to Sanjay's testing, EVC 10K bulb have lower PAR than XM 10K with any combination of ballast.

This tank is in the basement fish room, where the prop tub used to be.

It's about 138 gallons net base on interior mesurements.

The huge fish only tank is not done yet, still in the garage waiting for winter to go away..
