John that manifold looks just like mine. Is one end gonna be capped? If so do yourself a favor and put aa small rodi valve on the capped end to bleed out the air once in a while or you'll wind up loosing pressure and volume to the last valve in the manifold.
Two choices I would guess. Remove the last valve and do over or drill and tap the end cap so that you can screw in an John Guest valve.
Yup, a threaded ball valve. Here is a vid that I found on youtube on how to drill and tap.

Wait a second????? You keep your rodi in the garage? If so, that was asking for trouble.
