whether you make an internal or external overflow box (probably better suited for an internal) i think you can go with this design to keep the size of the box down to a minimum. it requires a small piece of tubing to connect a "T" pvc fitting inside the box to the bulkhead, and another piece of tubing to connect the cap to the "T". correct me if i'm wrong but i think this would do the same job as a durso (if it's not still considered a durso)
