Bumping my tank thread up pics to follow. Tank boosted back up, upgraded my lights finally, new pumps and starting dosing again. Lowered my No3 and po4 so I'm back into sps.

What made you change your light fixture?

Honestly I was tired swapping Mh bulb every 8 months and t5 bulbs as well. With technology advancing year by year i decided to pull the plug on the anti straton led because it would light up my whole tank with one unit. The colors I get with the straton is insane comparing to the MH/T5/reef write I used to have. Electric bill cut down also, not having as much heat issues with the temp rising and my evaporation slowed down a bit as well. So over all I'm very happy with the new lights.

Oh ok, I would change my MH and T5 11-12 mo but one time I saw a thread where reefers changing Radiums between 18-24 , I did it and could tell the difference never had a par meter.
That new fixture is awesome and looks good on your tank with LEDs technology changing year to year they are really taking over the game only problem is the initial cost, keep up the good work! after following your thread I miss my cube ( same one you got ) lol

Some more pics taken under blues and whites. Pics taken yesterday towards end of the day. Every frag I got from reefapolozza acclimated nicely and colors are popping. Now I’m looking for more SPS to fill up the top shelf of the aquascape

A lot has grown out since I last posted. Super happy ever since I upgraded my lights to ATI STRATTONS. They make my corals grow and glow

Nice! IM makes great systems. I’m running one myself. Love it.

Yea I been hearing good things about IM and that 36x36 lagoon shallow cube got me excited. I’m a little worried it’s only 19.7inches tall and about .4-7 also taken away from the level of water. I’m losing 5in of depth from my current depth

Here’s almost a 2 month update, sps are growing quicker then ever. The aquascape is slowing disappearing with colorful colonies. Really happy with the outcome so far
