Water level turned out to be just right. It's just above the trim of the tank, so I guess I lucked out on this one

Well heres something you don't hear everyday but the entire main tank is base rock. It's just about 24lbs but the look I got with it is just what I wanted. The camera really doesn't capture the depth but in any case heres 3 shots

The rocks don't touch the glass at any point in the tank. At the closest point its about 3-4inches from the front glass and there a point in the back where its only about an inch.
