the xp-e blue is more like a windex blue.. the xt-e RB is more like actinic mix blue that makes the corals glow..if you put the uv and red on the same string @ 700ma you're running it 100%.. your xp-e @ 70% your xt-e are only running @50%..
you're welcome Tony. just don't get too excited putting it together and fire it up.. lol! cause I know I did DON'T forget to open the driver and turn the pot to low position..
It will save you some time if you line up that led's on the floor and wire it . adjust the pot then fire it, adjust it to the right amps. and see if the wiring is correct.. enjoy your new led's..glw your build..
any plastic epoxy will work.. on my first build i used the thermal glue to attached the lens. U only need just a tiny drop.. I find it easier after U wire and attached the led's, and make sure it all works and adjusted to the correct amps.. then put all the lens before you glue them, hold the lens and tilt it use a toothpick to apply some glue on both side.. so U will not put glue on the leds..
