When Fauna NYC posted a Frozen food eating Angler (approx. 1"), I had to jump on it! Although I did not have a tank ready for the Angler, I knew I could house him in my reef until I had a nano set up for the little guy. I placed an order from MarineDepot.com and was ready to start.
Below you will find tank details and all other specs.

Tank is a Innovative Marine 4 Gallon All In One Tank. I am using their stock lighting and an additional utility light (also from them) as a rear chamber light.

I built the rock structure last night and here is what I came up with.

I will put the angler in the tank in month or so when the tank has properly cycled, in the mean time,
Here is a video of the Angler eating frozen Mysis Shrimp.

And here is a close up:

Still letting rock and tank cycle and build up a good pod base.
I have also decided to do a 12 cube rr tank for the angler. Water evap is a pain to top off everyday on this tiny tank. A RR tank with sump will work much better for so many reasons.

Looks nice. Exactly what I was thinking of doing. Any ideas on where to get one of those tanks locally?
