Lower the water level of the tank and check it out.

yea i drained out the overflow tighted/loosened and still has a small leak

brand new gaskets and bulkhead as well

Did you try removing it and cleaning the glass that touches the gasket?

cleaned it as mush as possible, could 1 spec of sand really cause the leak?
