Hmm.... I don't think I ever posted this before but.......

Are you out of your freakin mind with that skimmer on a 240!!!! LOL
Extreme overkill :) Definitely badass though.

What are the dimensions of this tank? Did you decide on a lighting scheme?

Very excited for you. I can't wait to go big :)

Yep, out my mind, lol..., but I was contemplating getting a BK 400 and then this one came up and I said what the heck. Vinegar cleaned the entire thing in 3 days and the pumps work fine.

Tank dimensions are 48" W x 48" L x 25" H.

I bought 2 150 watt eShine LED fixtures that are 24" long. One by itself is pretty bright already. I also have 3 AI Vegas if I decide to change them out.

Holy smoke!!!!! That is a hot a$$$$ skimmer!! What you doing with your old skimmer, I want it. I gotta check this out in person.

You hooking all ur tank to this skimmer right?

I'm keeping both skimmers. It's gonna run all the tanks about 800+ gallons worth.

240 Cube Driftwood Community Tank

I sold off all the branch rock recently and spent the past month turning the cube into a freshwater community with plenty of driftwood. I spent a lot less money putting this together than I could letting the tank sit cycled with Tonga branch rock for the past few years. Signing off on this thread.
