I actually went back and forth with them before I placed the order. I placed my order ans he emailed me right away and said that he applied all the email conversation to the order.

so we have been house hunting for a while and we were getting really discouraged but yesterday was the day we walked through this house and loved it. placing a bid tom. hoping for the best. As of right now i think i can get a bigger tank but im not gonna do it :lol2:
