Dude 530 posts on your tank thread and STILL NO WATER lol. I broke down my tank and it took me 1 WEEK to redo it and get it up and running lol

so i was thinking of not using liverock in the tank at all to minimize pests that i do not want in the tank. i was thinking of using most of the dry rock i have and then starting out with a piece of raw shrimp let it decompose and add dr. tims bacteria what does everyone think. ive heard good things about dr. tims bacteria but im hesitant on using it. i would also order live pods for the tank once the cycle is complete and the tank ages a little

Also thinking about incorporating a algae scrubber in the sump somewhere.

Tony don't even worry about the Dr Tim. 3 jumbo shrimp and just let it decompose. My 57 cycled in three weeks that way. Pick up a big bottle of "Special Blend"
