For whatever reason, colors are whiter in pics than in person. Here's some more

Nice shots, the white balance can be adjusted while taking the shots or post processing. Its best to shot in raw, for easier adjusting without any pixel loss.
Here is some quick two mins of editing I did with one of your shots. I don't know what the real color of the coral is but you can see what some editing can do to the pic.

I didn't touch any of the colors, just cropped the pics.
