Just wanted to give everybody a heads up, I stopped in petlands by the mall the other day as they got their saltwater order in and noticed that they were dripping, and measuring salinity with a refractometer and everything. Just that made me buy a beautiful 6" kole tang for 30$! (Hes still doing good)

I know most chain stores dont have any idea what their doing but they could be worth a shot.

good luck with your tang hope you going to leave it in a QT and monitor it for a while

Well, I have a 150g at my uncles house. He isnt in a QT lol big mistake I know but hes the only fish in there but theres some corals and inverts.

Petland tanks are usually clean and rarely have dead fish , though i habe never bought anything fron them myself
