Cannot get Ca to increase

Keeping some sps, been dosing kalk for the longest time, all of a sudden Ca is at a standstill 280. Alk is 8.5. Ph is 8.2. Do you think I should move to two part dosing???

kalk is used to maintain levels not increase them. if you want to use kalk you need to get levels where you want them then adjust your kalk concentration to the point where its maintaining those levels. ps you will have to change concentration every 3 months when air temps and humidity change if your using
your ato to add kalk

You can keep with kalk if you want, but you should have some 2 part on hand to bump levels when needed. I would manually raise the calcium over a weeks time using the calcium 2 part additive. Also, check your MG level. If you MG is low it's very hard to maintain a high calcium level.
