I am not sure my LFS told me but I didn't listen. I just wanted it. It is a softie though. Sure looks like a SPS that is why I bought it. Will find out I'm going to ask my LFS.

Got a response from my LFS he told me it is a rare piece from tonga that is called yellow finger. As for the scientific name he is not sure.
