In the readings for week 10 I seem to be missing pages 190 and 191. I even downloaded them again to see if there was just a problem the first time.
I also want to clarify the readings you mention in the lecture. I assume you mean Chapter 7 and not chapter 17, and page 340 in Chapter 8 in Volume 1 of EIS, not page 340 in Chapter 18 Vol 2.
At least when I read the material this interpretation seemed to make more sense.
