Couldn't agree more. I'm surprised, too. I am working on the emails you guys sent me. Just got back last night, thanks to us missing the early morning flight due to lax gate agents and unreasonable departure taxes without a means to obtain them. Had to water taxi to Playa del Carmen, bus to Cancun, cab to the airport, and wait four hour for a flight to get home. Baah.
