Have you ordered Erics book....if so, did you get it in $Au or $US....and where ?

I ordered mine from OzBooks but when I ordered it (and paid for it in February) it was only AU$82.40 including GST. I see that it is now AU$116 - so I hope they don't try and stiff me for the extra cost. I still have another couple of weeks to wait.

I see that NetStoreUSA have it for AU$84.20 delivered.
