Saving pdf Files?

How can you save a pdf file for viewing or printing later. I'm using Acrobat Reader 4.0 and there is no command available in the toolbar to save the file so I have to print it out online.

Instead of left clicking on the link, you can right click and pick Save Target As.. from the menu. Once you save it, you can then go to Windows Explorer, go to where you saved it and do a left click.
