Excellent condition. Never used (could not get it to fit inside my cabinet).
Custom built by ADHI.

Overall Dimensions: 28" L x 14" W x 18" H

Skimmer/intake section: 8"Lx14"Dx10 3/4"H
Refugium section: 10"Lx14"Dx10"H (baffle has teeth at top of overflow into return section)
Return section: 8"Lx14"D

Passive flow channel under refugium section - 1/8"

I payed $370. Asking $250 shipped

Location: Bridgewater, NJ.
Can cut a deal if you come pick it up.
