Torch needs help

I have a torch that was doing great in my tank for months but now all of a sudden it lost 3 heads gotta have at least 6 left but I wanted to GIVE it away to someone that can maybe save it not looking for money or trade just want it saved the only thing is you pick up in white plains area here are some pics not the best but it's off the cell phone can put up better ones later when I get home... First one to post gets it if he/she doesn't show up on the day they say the next person will get it

not neceserally i have a frogspawn that lost a few heads but the others thrived if konnect dont pick up i will
