Parting out - 90G Entire Setup

Recently I don't have as much time to take care of my fish like I used to before. So I'd like to sell my entire setup for $800 OBO.

I don't think I'd like to part things out separately, I'd rather let them go as a whole package.
My tank was run fallowed and my fish were quarantined for 6+ weeks. So the fish and the rock are ick free.

Here is the list of the stuffs, from top down:
-Tek 48", 8 T5 bulbs fixture, the 4 that're being used probably it's time to change, the other 4 are rarely turned on.
-90 G reef ready tank, good condition
-Cherry Stand
-Rock, approx. 120 lb
-2 Yellow Tangs, about 3 inches
-1 Hippo Tang, about 3-4 inches
-1 4-5 inches Sail Fin Tang
-4 large Nemo
-2 Koralia #4
-Mag Drive pump 1200
-3 sections refugium with couple of mangroves
-Skimmer Coral Life
-And other smaller stuffs that're used in the tank: heater, light, timer, etc.

Basically, what you see in this tank in the pictures below. I can also give the buyer the Phosban also.

The tangs are being offered for as a group, I'd prefer for them to go to the new home as a group.
And so are the Nemos, so they won't have to find one another

I would really prefer to sell the whole setup to avoid the mess

I guess I have to part out since there's not much inquiry about the whole setup.
I got pm's:
1/ regarding the tangs
2/ regarding the lights

I'm looking to sell first the rocks first, there are at least 120 lb in there, I'm looking to sell them for $200. There are about 4 pieces that are really big that I use for the base. These rock are disease free, all fish were treated and quarantined for at least 6 weeks before going into the tank.

I'll honor the first pms I got if the person falls through then I'll sell them to the next one, etc.

I took couple more pictures of the tank, last night but forgot to post them. I'll post them tonight. I'd still prefer to sell the whole set up at one shot.

Took some pictures last night but was too busy to post them.

Basically, it's a reef ready tank, the drain coming down from the corner in the bottom of the tank, go through a valve before T off to feed the refugium section, chaeto, mangro trees, and the other pipe feeds the skimmer. The clean water flow to the middle return section and returned to the tank via a Mag 9 pump.

It's a beautiful tank, I just don't have that much time anymore, I used to work from home a lot, but not anymore:-(
I got 2 dogs, a 3600 G pond in the back, and this tank, so my weekend mostly are involved with these things, and I don't have much time for me any more:-(

Just wanted to mention, I've rarely seen a complete system sold here.

Im going to sell my 90g next Spring, and you pretty much have to part it out if you want it to sell. Just a helpful observation.
