FS: Live Rock (and perhaps full setup / 75G reef + 40G breeder)

Sadly, my own time on the saltwater reef front is coming to an end. There's just too much upkeep and the wife wants the space back.
I've listed my tank on CL and you can check it out there if you like:

... but just for you MR guys I figure that I'm going to get some requests for parting out.
I would like to do this in an orderly fashion though and I don't think selling my fish will take all that long, so I'd like to start with selling off the Live rock.
It's somewhere in the realm of 100lbs and has a lot of nice coraline growth on most pieces. There are some small corals but those will go with the rock and not on their own. $3.00/lb
I also have a new spare 48" CF fixture (4x65W straight pin) 260W total. If I recall correctly it was about $250 new. Had two fans plus blue LEDs. I've used the bulbs to replace ones in my main fixture & new bulbs avail on ebay (or take my old ones). Asking $125
