3 chamber acrylic refugium with light fixture. I'm also including a spare bonus brand new bulb for the light fixture.

I doubt it'll be cleaned out, this is a lot of coraline algae, you might end up scratching the acrylic if you try to clean it up.
Yes, the return from the tank is on the left side in the picture.
- Left Chamber: 6"x11.5"
- Middle Chamber: 10"x11.5"
- 3rd Chamber: 4.75"x11.5"

The return from the main tank to the refugium is on the left is the return to the main tank on the right & would I need to have a submersible pump for the return to the main tank?

return from the main tank is on the left. Then back to the tank on the right. You can use either submersible pump or not, your preference.
