It would be a high-powered system for a 75 but it could work.

It's not a fixture, it's just the ballast, cords and bulbs. It's essentially the important half of this 400 Watt retro-fit.

You would still need to pick up reflectors, mogul sockets and some electrical cable from Home Depot. If you want to take it to the next level, I might be able to build you a hood for your 75 and retro-fit the lights into it for much less that you'd pay for one if you were to purchase it.
