140 Oceanic RR tank. Priced to sell Quick

Hello,

I want to downgrade to a 125g tank. THis tank is too heavy for the floor. Bought it used from a guy on Ebay. Been up since around September 2006. No leaks, no copper. For $350 you will get:
Glass Tank 48"x24"x29"
Stand - Cherry finish
Sump
Pump - Gen-x pcx-40

One issue is i'm on a 2nd floor so you need at least 2 strong guys to bring it down one flight of stairs.

Question... How Do you know it's too heavy for the floor? I've always wondered that.

usually you can see the floor board pull away from the base moulding...thats a big clue lol

The floor is not broken but i see the water level uneven from front to back. I have laminate floor so there is soft padding underneath so maybe thats the reason. When i first put the tank i checked the level and it was alright but its not anymore. Anyone interested is more than welcome to come by and check it out.
