It's in thingiverse Terms of Use, more specifically called out under "you shall not license, sell, rent, lease, transfer, assign, distribute, host, or otherwise commercially exploit the Sites or Services;".

This is a very standard part of all "work created by other people" obtained over the internet, if it's used for profit without previously agreed terms between person selling, and the creator, it's considered theft.
