Hi.
its an 8 bulb fixture.
One of the end caps is bad so it affected 2 lights but when I was messing with it just now, the other 2 shut off too.

New end caps included - just not placed.

While there are extra bulbs, they seem more like used bulbs saved for backup purposes.
I will double check to see if I have even more bulbs, which would be new ones.
