Barnacle, this guy in CA seems to be selling a super blue tort, perhaps he'll ship to you - just a warning, his prices arent what one would consider cheap.

I checked out his tank on Friday night, it is cool tank and all the coral have great coloration.

i know, i've never seen such expensive corals for sale by a hobbyist, they must really be something special.

No he's probably comparing them to the market price. He's selling like he's an overpriced store. but he doesn't realize he doesn't pay rent or employees and this is why fish and coral is overpriced.

oceanrealm on RC has the cali-blue tort, I purchased a 2-1/2 frag for $55. he lives in long island.
