fs: cheap torch - need some ltc

I had these in my frag tank for a long time, it didn't really get back to it's full health, looking to get $500. I got a healthy one now selling this, perhaps a different tank condition and some tlc would bring it back to full health. 100% sure it's not dying, it's been like this for long time, it was just not growing, perhaps was my frag tank condition but I had taken it down already and now in my main tank.
