They are nocturnal, but they are not 100% fish safe, especially small fish.

I have mine in my tank with one 1" and 1.25" clownfish, randall's goby, a sixliner. So far I haven't seen any casulty. Did you see it attack yours, samsky?

I never say it attack any fish, but i saw him holding onto a dead fish in my tank. Don't know the cause of the deadth.
