Is your dream tank in my livingroom right now?
I have a drilled 220 gallon saltwater tank. It's 7 feet long, 28" high and 18" deep. This is 1/2" glass. This tank was custom built on site in a tank stand with a canopy. We tore down the entire tank piece by piece. We broke the back piece of glass during the tear down, but this can inexpensively be replaced with plywood. All you need a little silicone and you could have the tank of your dreams for a fraction of what a tank this size would cost!
I have the glass and the hood for sale. The hood is ugly (just 2X4s basically) but it fits the tank like a glove.
Make me an offer! But make it fast, I'm leaving the city in two weeks and I need to find a new home for this bad mutha by then. I'm in Brooklyn now and, needless to say, you'll need to arrange for pickup.
