120RR TANK and Live Rock for SALE getting out of Hobby for now

I am currently selling my LR and Tank. It's been with me for about 15 years. I guessimate that there is about 200+ pounds. I am getting out of the hobby for now since the arrival of my twins!:division: Here are some pics. They are sizable pieces. The one on the top right I am estimating to be 17 to 20 pounds. I have some big pieces of dry base rock I am willing to give away, pictured below with the LR, it's about 25-30 lbs of free base rock. I will provide the 30-35 gallon white brute rubbermaid with lid for the buyer also. I have a lot of 5 gallon white food grade buckets with lids, if needed also (cost me $10 a pop). Asking $550 for all LR and BaseRock you see. I need to get rid of this ASAP as the wife is saying I'm wasting time!! :smash:
There is also a FTS of my tank. I am selling my 120 Tech RR tank (Starphire front glass) which I bought for $1200 about 4 years ago. Asking $600 with black stand included for free. Stand is very study. Tank has some very minor scratches if you look closely but is not noticeable at all when the tank is filled. I am looking to sell the tank once I get the LR sold since I still have water in it to keep the LR. Just a some light scrubbing will do the trick. The tank is not as spanking clean was you see it in the photo, that's when I first got it. But does included everything you see in the pic. I can throw in the plumbing I have to my fuge but you will need to get a fuge as I am keeping that.
I also have a pair of Blue Throat triggers, female about 5 inches and male close to 9. Very nice Pair that I would love to keep. Very docile. Please make sure you have a large enough tank for my babies. They have been devouring mysis shrimp. Asking $150 for the pair.
Please Serious PM only. I would require a $10 Paypal to my account as I had a lot of no shows in the past.
I am located on the LES. About 5 minutes from the Seaport.
