60 gal cube RR Tank and Stand

Im posting this is up for a friend. He bought this tank used about two weeks ago and the landlord is giving him a hard time so he has to sell it. Hes asking $200 for it and will not separate it. It has a black stand and the tank itself has some minor scratches. It also comes with pvc plumbing and is drilled in the back center of the tank. Also has about 10lbs of dry sand as well.
