Smoq's tank breakdown- corals&chiller, bubble King skimmer and equipment

It's funny, I've had this whole monologue that was in my mind ready to translate into digital ink and now I don't even know where to start....
I've started having some problems with my 100g tank several months ago and I've had literally ZERO time and spare money to correct mistakes I made so at this point in life I just can't justify these costs. I have to lower my electricity bill significantly due to recent rent hike and other factors so with a great pain in my heart I need to call it quits and break down my tank. I still would love to stay active, help at the swaps and take pictures like I used to, I am just not going to have a reef tank for some time. I am going to convert it to a planted discus tank at some point but for now I would like to sell most of my livestock and equipment. The thread is going to be updated as I add more stuff to sell. Before I start, please READ these rules before contacting me, that would save both parties time and nerves:
-I m located in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn low 70's and 3rd ave
-I think my prices are are fair so please don't lowball me-I really need cash right now and you will be politely ignored if I receive a obvious lowball offer; I can make a deal if somebody offers to take more things, but generally speaking my prices are firm
-I cannot deliver unless you really interested in larger quantity
-all my fish except clownfish pair did already find a home so please don't inquiry about them
-I am available Monday-Friday after 5pm, I am working in Park Slope area so I can bring things with me to work (although there is no heating where I work so if you'd like livestock I suggest you pick up in the morning)
-the tank&stand, light and Apex stay at this moment, so please don't ask me about it
-thank you for your understanding

Seriously, if you can afford it, get it. It's a German made skimmer with Red Dragon Pump that draws only 18W. I put a new impeller on the thing a year ago and it has been flawless ever since. Here's more info (it's gen 2 but it's very similar):
