Korallin C1502 Calcium Reactor complete setup

Hi All, selling this package for my brother. he could never figure out how to use the damn thing. it includes the 1502 w ph lid, eheim pump, an american ph controller and probe, a 20lb co2 tank w reg. being that this setup costs over a $1000 new i would think $400 is fair?
