I have a very large Panther Grouper for Sale. He is 15"+ and growing, would like to get some new fish but odds of survival are slim to non, that is the reason for sale. Needs large tank Currently housed in a 280 Fish Only tank. Was asking $300 now $200 OBO/ WTT. Had him for a long time might be the last surviver of my original SW tank.

Thats my asking price, I did mention OBO. I have feed my buddy thousands of dollars of sliver sides, squid, Xtreme pellets (just as you have with your pets) . I know you are just trying to clarify the price but pricing is upto the seller. ;)

Yes, the pricing is up to the seller, but if the seller want to sell him item, they need to be sensible in the price that they list the item for. By the way, what you've fed the grouper over the year doesn't really have an impact on the price, as if you didn't feed it, it probably would have died.

Price seems reasonable to me my LFS sells Panthers a bit smaller than this for $500 or better. Seem's crazy but I actually was around for a few of those sales. As far as feeding this one takes the cake if I did not feed him what i did, he would eat his smaller tank mates......

Come on guys...dont comment just to say something negative and non constructive.
He is allowed to ask a high price if he wants (im not even sure its high, ill take your word), fish just wont sell.
He is allow to ask for whatever price that he want, but the point is to help him sell his fish, which is why I commented on his price not being realistic.

You must shop at HOF, as I've never seen a Panther Grouper go for $500, and very large ones usually become permanent fixtures at LFS.
