selling tank because of impulse upgrade

For the person that said they would by the stand i may interested in the tank. Im assuming the tank will fit perfectly on a stand designed for a 40breeder which is 36"x18"

So apparently there is a leak in the overflow, it is external so it should be easy to change but this lowers the price...also, I need it out of my apartment. I am looking for $250 now for everything...let me know if you have an offer. thanks!
