FS: Marineland 45 cube [[NNJ]]

Description: Tank for sale due to upgrade. I will be moving the system this weekend which should take me a few hours. I will be doing it slowly throughout the week but will be ready as fast as a buyer needs it!
Price: asking $200

Includes:
Marineland 45 Cube 24x24x18 w/overflow
Monterey 45 Cube Stand
DIY 20H sump configuration | overflow | return | fuge |
Plumbing but I would redo it if I had the time.
I can include the electrical conduit setup for the light fixture I placed onto the stand or remove it.

Needs a little TLC to make it perfect:
Will need a pump, additional powerheads, heater, light fixture and livestock.

Notes:
It is not brand new so don't expect it to be.
*The previous owner painted two sides, the Rear and the right side blue which ended up on some of the trim. I tried my best to remove the paint but a little remain.
Some/few of the black silicone is starting to peel.
**I noted that there was a leak but found the only reason why water would drip over the side and get into the seam is due to being bit by my true perc when putting my hands in the tank and ::SPLASH::.
***If for whatever reason this is not the case, I have not had a flood or see any reason otherwise. **HENCE I WOULD NOT SELL IT!!** I WILL FULLY REFUND YOU. MUST BE WITHIN 72 HOURS OF RECEIVING THE TANK OR 7 DAYS IF YOU TELL ME YOU HAVE TO HOLD OFF SETTING UP THE TANK. I AM VERY FAIR!! SO FILL IT AND TEST IT.

is that conduit pipe if you got a pipe bender i can get some pipe.. i didnt wanna dorp 50 bux on a pipe bender to make a hanging arm kit..

same here. I usually bend the pipe at home depot. Someone is usually nice enough to do it for me if they are passing me by.

tank no longer for sale. Only stand and sump.

I think the tank is leaking and will not sell something I think is bad.

I will throw in the tank so you can test it and if works. damn you just got a tank and all that for $75.

I was cleaning it and noticed initially it may have been the bulkhead leaking. Or it could be just the left over from the leak that was dripping. I am not one to second guess and leave a bad taste bud in anyone's mouth.

I am first and foremost about a buyer's dream seller. So please note that the tank may have a leak and the price you are paying is for the stand and sump. The stand alone is worth 2x that or 4x that brand new. Only thing I see wrong with the stand is the two holes that annoy me but if your are a DIY. I would rout it into a square and make a spot for displaying your controller!!

**PLEASE NOTE THIS TANK WAS SETUP UNTIL IT WAS TAKEN DOWN THURSDAY!!** NO WATER ON MY FLOOR JUST IN THE BOTTOM TRIM AREA FRONT NOT THE SIDES. THERE WAS NO WATER UNDERSIDE OF THE TANK SO VERY GOOD CHANCE I AM OVEREXAGGERATING THE ISSUE AND JUST CAUSED MYSELF TO LOSE MONEY** BUT I AM BETTER SAFE THAN SORRY!!

So it looks like the tank may be leaking. I drained it several times and for whatever reason the water just comes right back. There's almost no water in it. So I'm confused. No water under just within the trim.

You can take the tank as well. Otherwise, I am trashing it.

The height is adjustable if you place plywood underneath the stand? not sure how to answer that.

Only stand and a 20gallon sump is included if your interested.

The adjustable stand will usually have a knob to loosen for extending or retracting. If yours does not have this I will need to know the EXACT height from top to bottom.
