My Reef Creations MR-2 Dual beckett skimmer

It is time for me to change my skimmer and explore other monster skimmers out there. This skimmer has been very good to me I have 23 fish in a 120g, feed heavily, and have 0 nitrates and .02 phosphate. When powered with a Panworld 200PS (also F/S in another thread) it can easily handle a 300gal system.

MR-2 skimmer (used 1 year)
Dual new style 1" becketts
Spa-flex plumbing + gate valve
Precision Marine Waste collector.

Hey Rich, isn't that an expandable skimmer? Can't you add another riser tube to make it capable of handling a larger system? MRC is a great mfg. I've got their Fluidized Media Chamber.

Thanks Russ Yep it is expandable. MRC sells a riser tube that makes it an MR-3
